Pete started his career in 1973 when he joined British Aircraft Corporation as a Mechanical Apprentice. At the end of his apprenticeship he joined the Concorde Project as a skilled fitter. Throughout the next two decades the company asked Pete to represent them at lots of working parties and projects around the world.
Pete then moved to work with Airbus as the site manager for the night shift in 1991 and then transferred to MPI in 1997 to become Bristol office manager. In the following year he helped to develop the MPI fixed price section which became a huge success.
In 2001 he was promoted to technical directors and was involved in business development. During the next six years he represented MPI in the UAE, China, Canada, France, Germany, Spain and Russia and helped to start the MPI 24/7 Fuel tank Team.
In 2006 Pete then developed a training division to help our contractors to gain the qualifications that they need to be compliant for our clients. Now this division is capable of delivering 28 various courses across aviation, defence, rail and automotive industries.
