Job Title: 2 x Project Administrators (SISS)

Rate: £14.00 Per Hour
We are recruiting for 2 x SISS Project Administrator/Site Support Coordinator that will support current & future projects with their site-based administration and recording.
This role can be based from either of our Ashby de-la Zouch or York offices.
Office based 5 days a week (no remote working)
Responsibilities:
To take ownership for all administration duties that on-site team must adhere to, to include booking of vehicles, resource, accommodation, tracker updates, daily / weekly reports, fatigue management and timesheets.
Procurement / hiring of consumables, tools, specialised equipment / plant – from start to finish, monitoring every step to ensure compliance of process.
Being the first point of call for the on-site project teams to assist in dealing with issues that may arise for all of the above, and to help provide solutions and support for new queries.
Maintenance of SharePoint sites and data storage, ensuring an effective project and operational interface. This will include the creation of new project sites, updating of team and project information, uploading survey forms and development of the site as a supporting tool.
Assisting / running staff inductions and managing the administration of these to ensure all necessary induction requirements have been completed and filed correctly.
Support the Construction Management team in producing and maintaining progress dashboards and presentations as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience of working with SharePoint – creating and managing sites
Experience of working with Excel - using existing spreadsheets with formulas, conditional formatting, VLookups, and creating new ones when required.
Experience of following processes and ensuring they’re adhered to.
Problem solving and dealing with ambiguity
Strong communication and presentation skills across various team.
Excellent understanding of task and time management
Flexible, innovative approach, able to evaluate, adapt and apply alternative new technologies
Excellent IT skills: Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint
Required for start ASAP until 2024.
