Job Title: Administrator and PPE Coordinator
Contract Dates: 11/12/2022 - 30/12/2023
Rate: £12 P/H
The Administrator and PPE Coordinator will be responsible for the local region PPE and provide administration support to the Resource team.
This will be 37 Hours per week, Monday-Friday
Rate: £12 P/H
What are my responsibilities?
PPE Co-ordinator: -
Issuing PPE to local region
Being the main point of contact for all local region PPE requests and enquiries
Processing PPE orders and deliveries
PPE budget control
Maintaining PPE stock and managing stock control
Resource Administrator: -
Checking contractor certification end dates and chasing renewals
Supporting the Resource Coordinators during busy periods
General administration ad hoc duties
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Good organisation skills
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good personnel management skills.
Good team player.
Proactive and able to work under pressure and own initiative with minimal supervision.
Reactive to requirements to ensure delivery deadlines and timescales.
Able to demonstrate attention to detail.
Strong desire to learn more and be proactive in picking up work.
Can do attitude
Ability to multitask and demonstrate a good level of organisational and communication skills
Ability to work with limited supervision
Confident communication skills
