Job Title: Administrator and PPE Coordinator

Contract Dates: 11/12/2022 - 30/12/2023

Location: Kent

Rate: £12 P/H

The Administrator and PPE Coordinator will be responsible for the local region PPE and provide administration support to the Resource team.

This will be 37 Hours per week, Monday-Friday

Rate: £12 P/H

What are my responsibilities?

PPE Co-ordinator: -

  • Issuing PPE to local region

  • Being the main point of contact for all local region PPE requests and enquiries

  • Processing PPE orders and deliveries

  • PPE budget control

  • Maintaining PPE stock and managing stock control

Resource Administrator: -

  • Checking contractor certification end dates and chasing renewals

  • Supporting the Resource Coordinators during busy periods

  • General administration ad hoc duties

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Good organisation skills

  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Good personnel management skills.

  • Good team player.

  • Proactive and able to work under pressure and own initiative with minimal supervision.

  • Reactive to requirements to ensure delivery deadlines and timescales.

  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail.

  • Strong desire to learn more and be proactive in picking up work.

  • Can do attitude

  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate a good level of organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work with limited supervision

  • Confident communication skills
