Our Client has exciting opportunities for Merlin Aircraft Engineering Supervisors (Mechanical) level to join our site in RNAS Culdrose, Helston.
Our Client is proud to support the IMOS (Integrated Merlin Operational Support) at Royal Navy Air Station Culdrose, that delivers services ranging from the repair and maintenance of Military aircraft- and off aircraft support services. Culdrose is one of the Navy`s two principal air bases, and one of the busiest military airfields in the UK.
The Aircraft Engineers will support Aircraft Engineering services at RNAS Culdrose in the IMOS Contract supporting operational deliverables and interfaces in a highly regulated environment.
Essential requirements for the role
Minimum of 5 years working in an airworthiness environment, relevant experience for the Merlin aircraft
Previous experience and a good working knowledge of the following:
Merlin Aircraft Engineering and Aircraft Systems.
Merlin Aircraft Servicing and Support Equipment.
Lean Operating Procedures.
Naval Air Publications and Compound – Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (CIETP).
Health and Safety, the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations, Tool Control and Quality Practices.
An understanding of Engineering and Asset Management Systems.
Completed a Maintenance Human Factors Course.
