​MPI have a requirement for an Administrator to work in Bordon, Hampshire (GU35 9JA) in a permanent role

They Client will consider full time hours or part time hours

If Part time, Permanent (25 hours per week)

Monday – Friday (1000 – 1500) (pro rata)

Rate of pay will be discussed on application

Our Client delivers a wide range of support to the prestigious Skynet contract providing secure satellite communication services to the UK Government and Armed Forces. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team at SGS Oakhanger. This role will provide administration and business support to the Skynet contract and be an administrative point of contact for the customer on site.


Main responsibilities of the role include:

Organise, attend and minute various monthly and ad hoc meetings.

Assist with the purchasing of consumables for the contract.

Assist with contract recruitment and attend interviews.

Work as part of a small team to assist with the checking of the monthly payroll.

Responsible for the coordinating and ordering of the contract uniform requirements.

Safe, effective, and economic operation of the Business Administration area.

Develop and maintain internal and Shared Services stakeholder relationships.


What you’ll need to do the role:

Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised on admin tasks.

Experience of working in a customer focused environment.

Good level of education including English and Maths.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and able to take accurate notes.

PC Literate with a high level of competency in MS Office skills.

Good organisational skills.

Full UK Driving Licence.
