Job Title: Customer and Client Services Administrator

Contract Dates: 1 year

Location: Chippenham and Remote working

We are looking for a Customer and Client Services Administrator for a large engineering company based in Chippenham.

The role will be a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

The role will require:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening skills.

  • Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of outlook, word, excel, publisher, microsoft office

  • A keen eye for attention to detail and presentation is desirable.

  • Efficient and organized with good time management skills

  • Approachable and reliable

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Customer focused.

  • Demonstrating initiative.

  • Social media awareness

  • Flexible attitude to work

Desirable:

  • Rail Knowledge

  • CRM experience (specifically SAP) 

  • Previous Customer Service Experience

The role is offered on a 12 month initial contract and will be offered on a permanent basis thereafter.

The starting salary will be £20,000 and this will rise to £30,000 after a year.
