Job Title: Customer and Client Services Administrator

Location: Chippenham and Remote working
We are looking for a Customer and Client Services Administrator for a large engineering company based in Chippenham.
The role will be a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
The role will require:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening skills.
Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of outlook, word, excel, publisher, microsoft office
A keen eye for attention to detail and presentation is desirable.
Efficient and organized with good time management skills
Approachable and reliable
Able to work under pressure
Social media awareness
Flexible attitude to work
CRM experience (specifically SAP)
Previous Customer Service Experience
The role is offered on a 12 month initial contract and will be offered on a permanent basis thereafter.
The starting salary will be £20,000 and this will rise to £30,000 after a year.
