MPI have a requirement for General Engineering Workshop Fitters to work on site in Stafford.

This contract is ongoing as per Customer requirements (possibly until March 2023, but this is subject to change).

Up to (£13.42 with papers or demonstrable skills)

Umbrella PAYE option to be discussed - £17.51 per hour

Applicants need to have good all-round general knowledge of mechanics / engineering and assemblies, but do not necessarily need to have served an Aircraft or Mechanical Apprenticeship as training will be given.

Items you will be working on can vary, but can be anything from working on the Framework of trolleys to generators to aircraft steps and anything else that is required by the Client.

Normal working day is 7.24 hrs, there is a flexibility once started on site to work your core hours between 7am and 5pm.

Initially your hours will be 8am – 4pm on the induction week and then it will be up to your Team Leader and Prod Manager as to the flexible hours.

These roles are deemed in scope of IR35
