​MPI are looking for a Permanent Part Time Sales Executive for our client based in Buckingham.

The role is a permanent position, it will be a part time role based on 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day and they can be fairly flexible on the hours but preferably from 9-1 or 10-2 and this would be working out of their office in Buckingham.

Job Summary

To carry out the sales duties shown below, contacting customers (warm leads) and promoting the company’s products and services in order to maximize sales and entries into specifications.

Responsible for but not limited to the following items: -

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out ‘warm lead’ telephone calls from an extensive database to promote their products and services

•Contacting M&E consultants from the tenders received in order to be specified for future works

•Use of Glenigan’s lead generating software and carrying out associated calls to maximise the number of projects we tender

(first 3 items constitute approximately 80% of the workload)

•Assist with Social Media profile eg Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.

•Updating Website Newsflashes

•Lead generating

•Appointment setting


•Organise sales meetings and site visits for Directors

•Market research

•Produce sales references

•Receive and action incoming sales calls

•Attend exhibitions, if required

•Input, update and edit enquiry/customer/supplier records on bespoke computer sales software package

•Issue sales brochures and technical literature

•Send sales letters as appropriate
