Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator

Location: Manchester

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to work out of Manchester on an inital 6 month contract.

A receptionist is required at their Eccles Depot to backfill an opening. First aid qualified and previous receptionist and Admin experience would be desirable. This is not a remote working role, you will be required in the Eccles office in Manchester 5 days per week.

This will be commencing end of June until December 2022.

The role is Inside IR35 and they are looking to pay £100 - £120 per day based on experience and skills.

Responsible for front of office Reception and administration duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, handling company enquiries, sorting and distribution mail.

Responsiblities:

  • Daily checklist of duties to manage the reception area

  • Manage visitors and support security of the building

  • Raise IT tickets and support IT team with compliance  

  • Manage Meeting Room bookings ensuring efficient use of space

  • Post – Incoming and Outgoing

  • Housekeeping – Reception, meeting rooms, goods-in area

  • Raise Requisitions and manage good receipting including maintaining office supplies, PPE and consumables

  • Update Monthly the Safety information

  • Raise estates tickets and log on tracker

  • Provide administrative support to Departments as required

  • Any other ad hoc administrative related task as directed by Line Manager

  • First aid qualified - desirable
