Job Title: Resource Administrator

Location: Swanley, Kent

Contract Dates: 26/09/23 – 31/12/23

We are looking for a Receptionist/ Resource Administrator to work out of Swanley, Kent on an initial year long contract.

This will be for 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday (required in the office full time, no remote working)

Immediate start date - Salary will be £12 per hour

Responsible for front of office Reception and administration duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, handling company enquiries, sorting and distribution mail.

Resource Admin & Receptionist – Swanley

The Resource Administrator and Receptionist will be responsible the office reception and provided administration support for the Resource team.

What are my responsibilities?

Reception: -

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, briefing the fire evacuation and covid-19 procedure.

  • Issuing PPE to local region

  • Chasing and coordinating monthly vehicle checks

  • Filtering calls and dealing with queries where possible

  • Organising incoming and outgoing post

  • Managing the office attendee register

  • Order stationary, PPE & IT equipment as and when required

  • Raising tickets for any facilities issues

  • Keeping signs and safety notice boards up to date

  • Coordinating the hiring of fleet vehicles

  • General office adhoc admin duties

Resource Administrator: -

  • Raising and processing agency labour extensions

  • Checking contractor certification end dates and chasing renewals

  • Supporting the Resource Coordinators during busy periods

  • General administration adhoc duties

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong computing skills in Microsoft Word & Outlook

  • Excellent eye for detail

  • Strong desire to learn more and be proactive in picking up work.

  • Can do attitude

  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate a good level of organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work with limited supervision

  • Confident communication skills
