​MPI are assisting our client with their current requirement for a Clothing Storekeeper

Contract Length: 10 months up to 27th March 2021

Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk - IP12 3LZ

IR35: IN SCOPE, therefore the this role will be paid at a PAYE RATE OF £9.39 per hour.

Minimum Requirement:

Manage, supply and deliver clothing and equipment to personnel within Rock Barracks and conduct secondary tasks as directed by the Quartermaster (Line Manager).

Investigate stock discrepancies and conduct appropriate accounting action (CIV/CRV).

Prepare clothing and accounts for monthly and annual stock checks and audits.

Raise debit vouchers and conduct appropriate transaction summary reports and registers.

Coordinate clothing and equipment backloading procedures.

Manage an arrivals booking in / out system, including the return of loaned stores.

Demand, replenish and issue clothing and conduct disposal action.

Maintain and process MJDI accounts.

Prepare clothing for submission to tailoring.

Maintain effective H&S standards within the stores to comply with local and UK regulations.

Provide MJDI assistance to other accounts as directed by the RQMS.

Supervise and manage co-workers.

Conduct appropriate systems or individual training as required.

Be prepared to cover other accounts in absence of post holders as required.

Security Clearance: BPSS, and DBS cert, which will cost £25.00, (not reimbursable) do not apply for this until instructed to do so
