Payment through MPI
If you wish to go PAYE and do not have a P45 please complete the starter checklist form be following this link https://www.gov.uk/guidance/starter-checklist-for-paye and email a copy with your payroll registration form to payroll@mpi.ltd.uk
If you wish to go through an umbrella company we have a strict policy/checklist for those we are prepared to work with. Please find the full list of approved companies below.
When you contact them please make sure you mention when calling that you will be engaged through MPI to ensure you are quoted correctly as we have negotiated preferential rates with all companies on our ASL

Please note- if you are supplied on a contract via Reed, or RSR they have their own ASL list which is applicable down the supply chain. Umbrella choices are limited to NASA Umbrella Ltd, and Workwell Solutions Ltd to ensure compliance.
Workers supplied via Alexander Mann Solutions Ltd are currently unable to use the Umbrella’s listed above. We are looking to expand our ASL list to include a company that AMS have on their own ASL list.
Optional Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance
As part of our contractor support, we're pleased to introduce optional Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance services from our referral partner.
Neither Public Liability nor Professional Indemnity Insurance is a blanket requirement for LTD contractors working through MPI. MPI's own insurance policy provides cover for LTD contractors working through us. However, some clients may require LTD companies to hold their own insurance, depending on the nature and requirements of the engagement.
Whether you need additional cover will therefore depend on your individual circumstances and the requirements of your assignment. We recommend considering your own requirements or seeking independent advice before purchasing.
Please note that we may receive a referral fee if you choose to purchase insurance through Kingsbridge. This does not affect the price you pay for your policy.
