Job Title: Admin/Document Assistant
Contract Dates: 30/01/2023 - 30/07/2023
Salary: £12 Per Hour
The Document Assistant will be responsible for the provision of a professional printing service to Office. To support all staff in ensuring that client requirements and project delivery timescales and efficiencies are met.
This is a Term to Perm opportunity.
Hours will be Monday - Thursday 09:00-17:00 and Friday 09:00-16:30
What are my responsibilities?
Supporting the print room facility in general printing administrative roles
Managing large document prints
Photocopying, scanning & storing documents
Using the large plotter machine
Supporting the business with any printer issues on site
Ensuring paper and toner stock for the office is in place
Other administrative support as requested by the business
Miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary
Assist Office Manager with general duties
Provide cover for other teams as requested (e.g. holiday cover)
Assist Receptionist/Administrators as necessary
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Good organizational skills (essential)
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
Able to work under pressure, and communicate effectively at all levels (essential)
Proactive and able to work under minimal supervision (essential)
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail (essential)
