We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager

What you’ll be doing

• Identifying and developing new market opportunities, customers, and industry sectors

• Collaborating with UK and global teams to align with long-term business strategy

• Mapping target segments, end users, and OEMs to support growth objectives

• Driving new product development based on market and customer needs

• Supporting the salesforce through joint visits and strategic account development

• Creating and maintaining a 5-year sales plan with accurate forecasting

• Promoting sector-specific products, applications, and innovations

• Representing the business at exhibitions, events, and industry forums

What we’re looking for

Essential:

• Proven experience in technical solution selling

• Strong communication, presentation, and commercial skills

• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK

Desirable:

• Degree-level education (or equivalent)

• Business development experience

• Experience presenting at exhibitions

• Experience producing white papers or technical articles
