​MPI currently have an internal vacancy for a Projects/Compliance Administrator.

This is a temporary contract for 9 months and is a Full Time role.

Rate of pay to be discussed on application.

Job Purpose:

To support the project and recruitment teams of this busy recruitment agency on the rail and aviation side of the business. Working with the other members of the Projects Team to perform all administration duties to ensure timely, accurate and effective delivery of each project.

Key Duties:

•Putting together quotes requested from clients, project managers and Sales Team

•Setting up new jobs on the system(s)

•Processing all related invoices and timesheets and allocating to job sheets as required.

•Raising memo’s to invoice/apply for milestones.

•Setting up placements on RDB for workers related to projects

•Receiving and issuing Purchase Orders

•Liaison across the life cycle of the project to completion with Recruiters, Payroll and Accounts

•Support Compliance team with administration works including FRIs, PPE, Sub Requests, chasing paperwork.

•Performing any other duties as required


•Demonstrable experience in a previous similar role

•Understanding of the project life cycle

•Outstanding communication skills including internally and externally

•Strong and accurate IT skills including all MS packages

•Excellent attention to detail

•Eye for continuous improvement to processes

•Organised and self-motivated, autonomous

•Able to work in a team and by yourself

•Be able to effectively prioritise, work to deadlines and perform well under pressure
