Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Ipswich
Contract: 2 weeks cover
Rate: £11.50 per hour
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to support our growing business. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for the administrative functions of the sales department including but not limited to:
Processing sales orders and invoices
Processing orders and quotes
Processing returns and exchanges
Coordinating with vendors for quotes and order fulfilment
Maintaining inventory of all products in the warehouse
Maintaining records of all sales transactions
Performing general administrative duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task.
This role is initially for a two week cover period but there are opportunities to have an ongoing or permanent role for the right candidate.
