Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Ipswich

Contract: 2 weeks cover

Rate: £11.50 per hour

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to support our growing business. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for the administrative functions of the sales department including but not limited to:

  • Processing sales orders and invoices

  • Processing orders and quotes

  • Processing returns and exchanges

  • Coordinating with vendors for quotes and order fulfilment

  • Maintaining inventory of all products in the warehouse

  • Maintaining records of all sales transactions

  • Performing general administrative duties as needed or assigned


  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to multi-task.

This role is initially for a two week cover period but there are opportunities to have an ongoing or permanent role for the right candidate.
