This global reach enables the company to provide consistent, high-quality automation and fluid control solutions to a diverse range of industries, ensuring customers benefit from local support backed by international expertise. The Person:
Our client is seeking exceptional individuals to join their dynamic sales team.
If you sometimes wonder why others don’t always share your passion to get things done, you’ve got drive. We like that. If you don’t like losing at games, you sound competitive. We like that. If you can quickly strike a rapport with strangers, you sound engaging. We like that. If you’re always looking for a better way, you’re trying to grow. We like that.
If this sounds like you, we encourage you to reach out – we’re keen to hear from ambitious people ready to make a real difference!
The Role:
As a Regional Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be to drive business growth within the machine and device manufacturing sector. You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, engaging directly with key decision-makers including senior management, supply chain professionals, and engineers. By understanding their technical and commercial needs, you will tailor solutions that align with their objectives and demonstrate the value of our automation and fluid control products.
Your role will involve proactively seeking out new business opportunities, managing and expanding accounts within your designated territory, and building lasting relationships with both direct customers and distribution partners. You will be expected to develop and execute strategic sales plans, promote the company’s value propositions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
Success in this role will require a combination of technical acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven approach. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your sales activities using our CRM system, and for contributing to the team’s overall targets by consistently meeting or exceeding your individual objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop sales by understanding customer needs and building strong relationships.

Ideally, our client are looking for candidates who possess both technical expertise in automation and proven sales experience, as these skills will help you excel in the role from the outset. An engineering-based technical qualification is highly desirable, alongside a strong track record in sales within related industries.
However, we recognise that talent, drive and a positive attitude can sometimes outweigh specific experience. If you are highly motivated, competitive, and have excellent people skills, but lack direct technical or sales experience, we still encourage you to apply. For the right person, we offer comprehensive training and support to help you develop these skills—although reaching excellence may take more time and commitment.
Ultimately, preference will be given to those with relevant technical and sales backgrounds, but they remain open to exceptional individuals who demonstrate the potential to succeed and grow with the company.
