Job Title: SISS Site Support Administrator 

Contract Dates: 21/08/22 – 22/12/23

About the role:

We are recruiting for a Site Support Coordinator/Administrator that will support current & future projects with their site-based administration and recording.

This role will be based around Kent / Sussex (exact office location TBC) but may require the occasional travel to project site.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the tracking of all construction and test resource via the holding of a weekly resource meeting and the issuing of the accompanying reports.

  • Supply general support of site-based team with administration and procurement duties, to include booking of vehicles, resource, accommodation, tracker updates, daily / weekly reports and fatigue management.

  • Assist in the development and updating of processes and systems used within the team and project, and ensure these are communicated to the relevant team members in a timely manner.

  • Maintenance of SharePoint sites and data storage, ensuring an effective project and operational interface. This will include the creation of new project sites, updating of team and project information, and development of the site as a supporting tool.

  • Assisting / running staff inductions and managing the administration of these to ensure all necessary induction requirements have been completed and filed correctly.

  • Support the Construction Management team in producing and maintaining progress dashboards and presentations as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience of working with SharePoint – creating and managing sites

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent understanding of task and time management

  • Flexible, innovative approach, able to evaluate, adapt and apply alternative new technologies

  • Excellent IT skills: Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint
