Job Title: Stores Supervisor

We are looking for a Stores Supervisor to work out of Llanelli, Wales on an initial 2 year contract, with the possibility of an extension thereafter.
You will be responsible for:
Managing the site depot as per the WPP (Work Package Plan) and TBS (Task Brief Sheets) that are in place.
Assisting the Logistics Coordinator and Storeman with project / stores inventory, through the use of the business’s Spiridon System (SAP) and Material Trackers.
Assisting in planning the resource available to you to meet the demands of the Project whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance and complying with Siemens Policies regarding Risk and Fatigue Management.
Assisting the Regional Logistics Manager in maintaining health & Safety within the workplace were required to maintain the business initiative of Zero Harm.
Assisting with Goods Receiving activities in an accurate and timely manner in line with company policy. Assisting with Picking, Kitting and packing of equipment/small tools and plant required for ongoing works giving a minimum of 48 hour notice.
Assisting with Ensuring all equipment is Calibrated / Tested in line with requirements. Responsible for stores safety and security.
Carrying out Risk Assessment for known site specific hazards within the logistics area of responsibility.
Must have/hold the following:
SMSTS or SSSTS
General Stores Knowledge
IT/Computer Literate
SAP Knowledge
IOSH/COSHH Trained
Forklift B1/Telehandler
PTS Ideal
Full Driving Licence
