Job Title: Stores Supervisor

Contract Dates: ASAP - 10/02/2024

Location: Llanelli, Wales

*INSIDE IR35*

We are looking for a Stores Supervisor to work out of Llanelli, Wales on an initial 2 year contract, with the possibility of an extension thereafter.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the site depot as per the WPP (Work Package Plan) and TBS (Task Brief Sheets) that are in place.

  • Assisting the Logistics Coordinator and Storeman with project / stores inventory, through the use of the business’s Spiridon System (SAP) and Material Trackers.

  • Assisting in planning the resource available to you to meet the demands of the Project whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance and complying with Siemens Policies regarding Risk and Fatigue Management.

  • Assisting the Regional Logistics Manager in maintaining health & Safety within the workplace were required to maintain the business initiative of Zero Harm.

  • Assisting with Goods Receiving activities in an accurate and timely manner in line with company policy. Assisting with Picking, Kitting and packing of equipment/small tools and plant required for ongoing works giving a minimum of 48 hour notice.

  • Assisting with Ensuring all equipment is Calibrated / Tested in line with requirements. Responsible for stores safety and security.

  • Carrying out Risk Assessment for known site specific hazards within the logistics area of responsibility.

Must have/hold the following:

  • SMSTS or SSSTS

  • General Stores Knowledge

  • IT/Computer Literate

  • SAP Knowledge

  • IOSH/COSHH Trained

  • Forklift B1/Telehandler

  • PTS Ideal

  • Full Driving Licence
