Opportunity

​Based in Bedford, our client designs, manufactures and installs a wide range of fluid processing equipment, predominantly for the water industry. Tanks and Pipework. They are currently looking to hire a Fabricator / Welder, to work in their workshop.

The starting rate is £17.50 per hour with the opportunity of £18.50 per hour if you are prepared to take team leader responsibilities.

​

The successful individual’s primary responsibility will be the fabrication of their products, so previous experience working with stainless steel, cutting, bending, grinding & assembling using manual machinery is essential.

​

The role will also require you to MIG / TIG weld as and when required, so a proven ability to weld is also essential, No formal codings are required

​

The ideal applicant will be able to read technical drawings and comfortable fabricating, assembling and welding medium to large scale products independently.
