  • Supplying In Barrack Equipment Support (IBES) personnel 

  • Providing personnel to bolster poorly manned trades 

  • Overcoming posting problems due to difficult trade or location combinations

  • Supplying Technical Instructors and training support personnel

  • Backfilling for deployed military personnel at short notice

  • Performing small modification programmes carried out on home bases

  • Assisting with fleet maintenance programmes including inspection and repairs 

  • Supporting Cat 3 recoveries 

  • Performing specialist repairs on military aircraft and vehicles.

Having been deeply embedded in the industry for over a quarter of a century, we intimately understand the culture, values and business needs at many military and prime contractor sites. 

We have an adaptable and transparent resource demand approach and provide the scalability and flexibility to meet surge requirements, having experience of scaling up to 300 additional individuals to meet unscheduled demand for temporary personnel at short notice.

We communicate the fact that we are an armed-forces friendly organisation through our recruitment campaigns, job fairs, seminars and events and actively seek to support the employment of veterans young and old. In 2018, we were granted the bronze award under the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme. 

We have many thousands of candidates registered with us, of which around 25% are ex-Armed Forces personnel and our candidate vetting meets the requirements of the HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard.
