MPI have a requirement for Aircraft Composite Engineers to work on site in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire.
Rate of pay is negotiable and will be discussed upon application.
These roles are deemed out of scope of IR35
The basic hours will be 45 within the hours of 6am and 6:30pm with the potential to earn up to 50-60 hours total in overtime every week (overtime is not guaranteed)
Monday to Friday days
This contract is ongoing as per the Customer requirements
Contractors to provide own tooling.
Applicants must be competent in the following: -
Metal to metal bonding
Composite structure repair work
Repairs to flying surfaces
Honeycomb repairs
Sandwich repairs
Fibre glass molds fabrication
Applicants ideally to have a minimum of 5 years aviation experience required, employment history in aviation is essential
Experience in the use of online maintenance data manuals required
Previous experience with aviation paperwork desirable
