​MPI are assisting our client with their current requirements for Aircraft Mechs to be based at GATWICK

Immediate start, subject to basic clearance and is proposed to be for 6 months

These roles will be deemed in-scope of IR35

Rates between (dependant on experience)

Umbrella £25.11 - £35.42

PSC £22.30 - £31.23

Paye £18.99 - £26.63

Working 5,5,4 shift pattern, 12 hours per shift

Job Description:

Boeing Ireland Ltd are a Dublin based EASA & UK-CAA Part 145 approved organisation with approval to provide Line & Base Maintenance services on Boeing 737NG / MAX, 787 and 777 aircraft at London Gatwick. Due to the continued expansion we are looking for experienced AIRCRAFT MECHANICS to join our organisation. Prospective candidates must be able to demonstrate at least six months recent experience on Boeing 737NG / MAX, 787 and 777 aircraft. The positions are shift-based roles to be based at our London Gatwick Hangar.

The roles will report to the Maintenance Manager - Production.

Responsibilities:

• Highlight any technical issues, discrepancies or other issues to the Licensed Aircraft Engineer.

• Ensure compliance with company, regulatory and health and safety requirements.

• Report all incidents and occurrences and make accurate records in the Boeing Safety Management System.

• Undertake any reasonable activities as required, including working away from London Gatwick.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrate at least 6 months recent experience on Boeing 737 NG/Max, 777, 787 or similar type aircraft.

• Have completed a recognised apprenticeship or formal training program.

• Have at least 5 years experience working in a Base Maintenance environment.

• Be a team player who will grasp opportunities to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers.

• Have prior experience of accessing on-line Boeing documents through MyBoeingFleet.

• Previous experience using AMOS is desirable.

• Proven knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and the ability to learn in-house systems.

• Candidates must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
