Job Tile: Civils Installation Manager
Location: Bodmin/Truro
Contract Dates: ASAP - 25/05/2023
*OUTSIDE IR35*
Duties:
Manage the Day to day running of the Civils scope reporting to the Works Package Manager/CRE.
Attend all integration and Construction meeting, update box plans and manage the quality.
Manage the 4 supervisors and 7 civils gangs
Civils Scope:
Construction of PSP/ASP compounds
Signal Foundations Concrete/Pile
LOC foundations Level ground or staging.
Troughing
SPT foundations
Driver’s walkways.
Demolition of building (Signal Box, REB, brick equipment housing)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Proven track record for delivery of civils assets preferably in a rail environment.
Sentinel PTS qualification.
Recognized safety training (SMSTS or similar).
Temporary Works Supervisor training and / or experience (desirable).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively at all levels.
Proactive and able to work under minimal supervision
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
