Job Tile: Civils Installation Manager

Location: Bodmin/Truro

Contract Dates: ASAP - 25/05/2023

*OUTSIDE IR35*


Duties:

  • Manage the Day to day running of the Civils scope reporting to the Works Package Manager/CRE.

  • Attend all integration and Construction meeting, update box plans and manage the quality.

  • Manage the 4 supervisors and 7 civils gangs


Civils Scope:

  • Construction of PSP/ASP compounds

  • Signal Foundations Concrete/Pile

  • LOC foundations Level ground or staging.

  • Troughing

  • SPT foundations

  • Driver’s walkways.

  • Demolition of building (Signal Box, REB, brick equipment housing)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Proven track record for delivery of civils assets preferably in a rail environment.

  • Sentinel PTS qualification.

  • Recognized safety training (SMSTS or similar).

  • Temporary Works Supervisor training and / or experience (desirable).

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.

  • Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Proactive and able to work under minimal supervision

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
