Job Title: Customer Support Agent
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Permanent, full time
Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Mon-Thurs 8.30am – 4.45pm, Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm.
The Role:
Our client are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a desire to help people to join the Internal Sales Support Team. The successful candidate will have the skills to interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve queries, provide education, minimise the risk of bad debt and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls/Emails from customers.
Build rapport with customers to resolve service issues
Offer support in the accounts receivable and debt collection process
Create and maintain relationships with key customers and external sales engineers to offer administration support
Skills and Experience:
Educated to A-Levels or GCSEs standard as a minimum requirement
Office administration skills including data entry
A passion to deliver exceptional service to customers with excellent communication skills
Adaptable, high-energy levels and desire to help others
Good analytic and problem-solving skills
Able to work and learn quickly in a fast-paced, fun and dynamic environment

The Selection Process:
Upon application, candidates will be asked to undertake some online testing, followed by a first interview and second working interview in which you would spend time with the team and the systems, both take place on site at our clients head office in Milton Keynes.
