​MPI have a vacancy for a Recruitment to work on site in Gosport, Hampshire for a 6 month Fixed term assignment.

Purpose and Scope:

To provide support in fulfilling our future resourcing requirements across all Business Units in the UK.  Managing the end to end recruitment lifecycle to support high volume recruitment in a timely manner. This role will involve close collaboration with all Hiring Line Managers and the HR Team.  Key to its success will be the ability to attract quality candidates using multiple approaches to support business growth and driving of the direct recruitment model.

Handling confidential information, you will be highly organised, have exceptional attention to detail and will thrive in a full on administrative and process centric role where the ability to prioritise is a must.  The successful candidate will communicate with a vast range of people, both written and verbally, so accuracy, strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.  Work with external Agencies and Consultancy, if required.

Take ownership of development of job postings, job descriptions, and posting of open positions on applicable job boards and career website.

Monitor and screen all applications that come in, including carrying out initial vetting calls with candidates.

Distribute all applicable CVs to the relevant hiring managers.

Maintain communication with hiring managers on the progress of the recruitment of their vacancies, ensuring adverts are closed when a role is filled and reposted if they are due to expire when the post is still vacant.

Manage the Recruitment inbox, ensuring all queries are responded and monitor the level of applications being received.

Search the CV databases for niche or challenging roles, identifying potentially suitable candidates and sending their CV's on to hiring managers for review.

Set up interviews for roles and assist supporting hiring manager with interviews if required.  Inform candidates about the results of interviews.

Respond to all applicant queries that are received.  Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

Assist with the production of new starter packs and the creation, creating employment offers and administering the on boarding process.

Participate in and provide co-ordination support to broader Human Resources projects and key initiatives as needed.

Organisational Relationships:

Report directly to Senior HR Business Partner

Assisting the Hiring Line Managers

Assisting HR team and project team members as assigned

Liaising with staff in other departments

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Professional Qualifications, Education and Training:

Intermediate level skill in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

NVQ in Administration/Business or equivalent (desirable)

Level 5 or above CIPD (desirable)

Experience:

2 to 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.

Project Management and administrative experience

Extensive best practice in internal recruitment/sourcing strategies.

Experience in supporting an end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.

Experience of working with multiple stakeholders / tasks.  High level of client-service orientation
