​MPI Ltd currently have a permanent vacancy for a Service Technician based in Feltham with a salary up to £26,000 with potential for a £1,000 annual bonus for a 37.5 hr week,

Hours of work - Mon-Fri 8am to 4.30pm with an hour’s lunch


To carry out inspection, repair, and service on Company products. To provide administration and warehouse support to the factory service centre.

Experience Repair/service of electro/mechanical equipment (Essential)

Skills/ Knowledge

Microsoft Office (Desirable)

Servicing Petrol engines (Desirable)

Electrical/Electronic service/repair (Essential)

Electric installation

Mechanical plant/equipment servicing (Desirable)

Basic Engineering skills (Essential)

1.1 To be responsible for carrying out fault finding, repairs & servicing on Tools and products.

1.2 To follow the company Health & Safety, & Environmental policies.

1.3 To ensure a high level of quality, efficiency, and consistency with the repairs & servicing of various tools.

1.4 Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement with all department staff.

1.5 To assist colleagues with repairs and servicing.


2.1 Responsible for ensuring repairs are inspected, repaired, and serviced in accordance to set targets of quality and consistency.

2.2 At all times be responsible for the safety of yourself, other staff, and visitors, in and around your immediate work area.

2.3 Ensure all repair job information is correctly entered onto BPCS.

2.4 To assist with queries regarding workshop/technical issues.

2.5 To provide cover for spare part replenishment, picking/packing of spares and products and the shipping of the goods to customers
