Job Title: Site Manager
Contract Dates: ASAP - 10/02/2024
Location: Derby (will be based at new depot in Swinderby once completed)
We are looking for a Site Manager to work out of Derby on an initial 6 month contract.
You will be required to work various shifts including weekends, so must be flexible.
Initially you will be based at the main office in Derby, however once arranged, you will be based in the new depot in Swinderby and this will become main work base.
Carry out the site Management, assurances, reviews and audits of detailed processes, retain and report on site works and welfare status for maintenance.
Ensure that the welfare is set up and maintained to the EHS welfare assessments, to include but not limited to site audits of sub contractors, traffic management for the Swinderby project.
Must have experience on multi discipline projects, also a good understanding of CDM and Principal Contractors responsibilities.
