MPI have an exciting permanent role for our clients based at East Midlands Airport for a Compliance Monitoring Manager
This is a permanent role, working 40 hrs per week
Salary £71,500 per annum

About the role
Out Client is a cargo based operator at East Midlands Airport, operating contract and ad hoc cargo flights with Boeing 737 and ATR aircraft. We specialise in the transport of dangerous goods and radioactive products and other specialist aerial work, including oil spill response and dispersant spraying.
The role is ensuring that the compliance monitoring programme for our client is properly implemented, maintained, and is responsible for ensuring the Company's operations comply with the requirements of ORO.GEN.200 and Part.CAMO.200, so a background in aviation is essential.
Based in our offices at East Midlands Airport with some travel across our network we also offer the flexibility to work from home on a regular basis to suit a work/life balance.

Essential Criteria
Excellent communication skills
Be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience in compliance monitoring.
Understanding of management systems including compliance monitoring systems and safety management.
Demonstrate relevant knowledge, background and satisfactory experience related to aircraft continuing airworthiness management
Prior experience on Safety Management Systems
