MPI currently have a requirement for an Electrical Fitter Wirer to work on an ongoing contract, for our client based in Bedford

Electrical Fitters (Wirers)

£16.01 per hour PAYE plus overtime.

Temp to perm for the right candidate

Job purpose

The role requires the candidate to be able to wire large special purpose machines to drawings, in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, flexible with an ability to read and interpret drawings

Progression Path: Fitter > Lead Fitter > Production Supervisor > Production Manager

Key responsibilities

Receive Job Package and review

Prioritise build sequence

Ensure all work is of a high standard

Wire job from all the relevant information provided

To have the ability to work unsupervised

Personal attributes

Flexibility, motivation and commitment.

Minimum five years previous experience allied to a proven ability to correctly interpret manufacturing information and carry out related self-inspection tasks.

Capable of working with minimal supervision.
