MPI Limited are looking for Aircraft Technician with Chinook experience for a 6-12-month contract position based at RAF Odiham.
The main duties are assembling and disassembling and/or modifying systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading components to correct failures or implement changes.
Configuring aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment. Troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. Documents procedures and established processed to ensure compliance. Inspection of components and repairs or flight worthiness requirements.
Candidates must have served a recognised aeronautical engineering apprenticeship and at least 5 years Chinook experience.

£23.50 Umbrella
£21.07 PSC
£17.95 PAYE
Please note that the role is deemed In Scope of IR35.
The successful applicants will be required to apply for a Basic Disclosure at a cost of £23 and will undergo an BPSS Security Clearance; this will only be required at job offer stage.
