Job Purpose:

 

To support the recruitment teams of this busy recruitment agency on the rail and aviation side of the business.Working with the Lead Recruiters, Training and Compliance Manager and the other Compliance Administrators to perform all administration duties in a timely, accurate and effective manner.Constantly looking for opportunities to improve the compliance administration function.

 

 

 

Key Duties:

 

·         Perform Sentinel Co-Ordinator duties which include processing incoming/outgoing sponsorship requests, adding/removing sponsorship and training on this system will be provided if required.

·         Monitoring and renewing certificates of competence

·         Processing all new starter workers including identification checks

·         Raising memo’s for invoices and reimbursements for workers

·         Conducting monthly audits on calibration of equipment and completing associated paperwork

·         Scanning certification and accurately entering expiring dates on to the database (RDB)

·         Creating and Processing Security paperwork for accessing secure areas

·         Procurement and management of any hired commercial vehicles

·         Working closely with the other Compliance Administrators and Training Administrators as a collaborative team

·         Performing any other duties as required

·         Ordering PPE for the contractors and stock for our Hertford Office

·         Typing up Contingent Labour Quotes and sending them to Clients

 

 

 

Requirements:

·         Demonstrable experience in a previous similar role

·         Outstanding communication skills including internally and externally

·         Strong and accurate IT skills including all MS packages

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Eye for continuous improvement to processes

·         Organised and self-motivated, autonomous

·         Able to work in a team and by yourself

·         Be able to effectively prioritise, work to deadlines and perform well under pressure
